We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of cleared payment. All orders are shipped via a trackable service and require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, this will include your tracking number and courier details.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), therefore any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details on why, or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
PREORDER
If you made a preorder for the real tree hoodie or pants please note that shipment will be January but may come earlier please check your email.
ALL preorders will be given an early access code for next collection.
RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received your purchase.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have receipt of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. Once inspected we will issue you a full refund within 10 working days, using the same payment method or the card you payed with.
SIZING
Sizing needs will require to message the instagram or email for sizing chart. For better knowledge about sizing direct message our team to get the best possible sizing.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return costs
